BROKERAGE NEWS

  • Charlie Spaeth recently retired from the brokerage business.  He will continue to manage his own properties.  We wish Charlie all the best.
  • Natalia Beran, a new senior broker, is a multi-family investment specialist, representing clients in the acquisiton and disposition of commercial real estate properties.  She has attended British Columbia Institute of Technology, University of Paris, and Simon Fraser University.  Natalia previously worked at Kidder Mathews.
  • Randi Suetens has joined our Brokerage Division.  Randi graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota with a degree in Marketing.  Since then she has worked at Montrand Properties in Ballard where she has been involved in managing the development team, marketing and leasing.
