For smaller jobs, we have an in-house maintenance staff. Financial Management & Reporting
Our financial responsibilities include timely rent receipts, monthly invoice payment including mortgage, insurance and real estate taxes (as directed by the owner). Each owner receives a complete monthly statement as prepared by our professional accounting department. The statement is accompanied by the property manager’s report and a check representing the owner’s funds.
