Dennis Counts is a Vice President and Managing Broker of Yates, Wood & MacDonald. He has been involved in leasing, selling, appraising, consulting and management of commercial properties here at Yates Wood since 1975. He has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in numerous transactions and management including retail buildings and centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, apartments and land. Dennis is a graduate of the University of Washington MBA program. Outside activities include cycling, cycle touring and lawn bowling with his wife and family.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in investment sales, commercial leasing and tenant representation in the greater Seattle area. Mark maintains long term relationships with his clients on the basis of his deep market knowledge and high work ethic. He is a Seattle native with a degree from Seattle University who has tremendous local knowledge and strong ties to the area. Outside of the office Mark enjoys golf, basketball and spending time with his family.

Peter has 27 years of experience representing Buyers and Sellers with integrity and tenacity. His primary focus is in downtown and core neighborhoods of Seattle. Peter’s positive efforts result in substantial client retention and successful transactions averaging over $20 million in sales with 10 plus sales transactions per year. His Sales expertise is with Office, Retail, Land, Industrial and Multi-Family properties; and the majority of his Leasing consists of Retail and Office product. Peter takes pride in his negotiation abilities and persistence with deals until they have closed. Outside of the office he can be found skiing, cycling, hiking, paddle boarding and traveling.
