Jennifer has over 11 years of condominium management experience in combination with her 20 years of property management experience. Jennifer’s experience includes multi-million dollar project oversight and management, experience contract negotiations, and cultivating vendor alliances. She understands the special needs that property management involves. She enjoys spending time playing with and taking care of her dogs at home.
Kathleen Scully
Community Association Manager
Kathleen has over 15 years of experience in Association management. Kathleen has managed associations in Idaho and Washington, managing both resort communities and fulltime residences. As an Association Manager Kathleen has overseen various construction projects, from the removal of a hotel, to revamping landscaping, to replacing a pool. Kathi's proactive approach and passion for service ensures smooth operations, and transparent communication
Tim Mumbrue
Community Association Manager
Tim has 15 years of experience in both Community Association and Rental Property Management where Tim is excited to be part of the Yates – Wood Team and assist communities maintain their value and Board of Directors by helping with many of the heavy tasks of Community Association Management. Tim initially started his career as a volunteer for College Credit in property management assisting homeless, and after completing multiple degrees from Grand Valley State University in Michigan, he continued working in rental property and section 8 housing management, followed by working at a Private Gated Community as their Homeowners Association Manager, and later in COA Management. Tim enjoys exploring and photography in this beautiful State of Washington for the past 5 years and loves exploring dining, cultural, and historical places and experiences in life.

Barry is a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He has worked in large and small firms doing accounting, operations, property management, and project management. He has over 23 years’ experience in all aspects of residential real estate and is a licensed real estate broker. In his off time, he enjoys traveling, fishing and outdoor adventures with his wife.

Glenn first became active in condominium and apartment property management in 1989. Holding his real estate broker’s license, he enjoys the challenge of providing a quality residential experience for tenants and maximizing return for owners. In his free time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family and the wonderful outdoors of the greater Seattle area.
