Jennifer Hansen

Director of Association Management

Jennifer has over 11 years of condominium management experience in combination with her 20 years of property management experience.   Jennifer’s experience includes multi-million dollar project oversight and management, experience contract negotiations, and cultivating vendor alliances.  She understands the special needs that property management involves. She enjoys spending time playing with and taking care of her dogs at home.

Robin Bentley-Mackey

Community Association Manager

Robin hails from Las Vegas and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1995. She joined Yates Wood in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience as an association manager. Robin is a tremendous team player whose years of experience and strong work ethic have made her into an expert in taking care of the multitude of property issues that arise for the communities she manages. Robin enjoys gardening, cooking and most importantly, cheering on her beloved Seahawks.

Johnathan Beretta

Community Association Manager

Johnathan has 27 years of experience as a manager of common interest real estate. He began his career in 1992 as an on-site condo manager for Kappes Miller.  He worked for 10 years a property manager for a senior housing community in Bellevue, which included food service operations and project management services. In 2005 Johnathan joined Yates Wood as a full-time portfolio manager.  In his off time Johnathan enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his family.

Emily Beyer

Community Association Manager

Emily is a true Washingtonian native. She grew up in the construction industry in Western Washington where she learned project management, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Emily Beyer (formerly Johnson) graduated with a B.S. Degree from Washington State University in Business Economics and then transitioned into sales. Emily’s experience in managing a large sales territory in the Pacific Northwest has taught her valuable skills in time management, pinpointing customer needs, developing strategies and plans to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution, along with developing key relationships with vendors all up and down the west coast. Emily came to Yates, Wood & MacDonald, Inc. in August 2018 and has enjoyed the challenge of transferring her skills and background into the condominium management industry.

Kathleen Chafin

Senior Community Association Manager

Kathleen has over thirty years of extensive experience in community association management and commercial management.  Prior to joining Yates Wood she ran her own property management company. She offers high caliber professionalism and has coordinated large scale condominium building renovations and facilitated bank loans for those projects. Kathleen consistently meets goals of enhancing property values and building conditions while giving personal attention to the community and its members.  Outside of the office Kathleen enjoys spending time with her lovely family.

Nerissa Hibbeler

Assistant Community Association Manager

Nerissa is a native of California who moved to the Puget Sound 14 years ago. She started her career in Property Management as an Apartment Concierge and quickly took advantage of her opportunities to move into a Leasing Agent position before joining Yates, Wood and MacDonald as an Assistant Association Manager. She has a background in Paralegal Studies and holds a Paralegal Certification from Charter College.

A.J. Fenner, ARM

Director of Multifamily & Commercial Management

A.J. is a California native who transplanted to Washington in 2008. His real estate career began in working for a real estate investment trust. A.J. has worked for various firms in multiple capacities including sales, management, operations, and compliance. In addition to his broker’s license, A.J. holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Accredited Residential Manager certificate from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He especially enjoys working with building owners to maximize the potential of their portfolios and creating superb housing throughout the northwest. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and children.

Barry Fortier, CMCA, AMS

Portfolio Manager
Licensed Real Estate Broker

Barry is a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He has worked in large and small firms doing accounting, operations, property management, and project management. He has over 23 years’ experience in all aspects of residential real estate and is a licensed real estate broker. In his off time, he enjoys traveling, fishing and outdoor adventures with his wife.

Kim Mancera Rayne

Single Family Homes & Residential Manager
Licensed Real Estate Broker

Kim is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has over twenty years of experience managing multi-family and single family homes in the Puget Sound. She joined Yates Wood 10 years ago as an onsite residential manager and has expanded her portfolio recently to include management of our Single Family Homes division. Kim is a PADI dive master, a potter and a lover of animals.

Glenn Walter

Assistant Portfolio Manager
Licensed Real Estate Broker

Glenn first became active in condominium and apartment property management in 1989. Holding his real estate broker’s license, he enjoys the challenge of providing a quality residential experience for tenants and maximizing return for owners. In his free time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family and the wonderful outdoors of the greater Seattle area.

Wayne Wenzel

Senior Commercial Property Manager
Licensed Real Estate Broker

Wayne has over 40 years experience in commercial real estate lending, management and leasing in the Northwest, including just under 30 years with Yates Wood. Wayne has a B.B.A. and an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin. While not in the office he enjoys hunting and fishing and is a long time Seattle Sounders season ticket holder.
