Jennifer Hansen

Director of Association Management

Jennifer has over 11 years of condominium management experience in combination with her 20 years of property management experience.   Jennifer’s experience includes multi-million dollar project oversight and management, experience contract negotiations, and cultivating vendor alliances.  She understands the special needs that property management involves. She enjoys spending time playing with and taking care of her dogs at home.

Emily Beyer

Community Association Manager

Emily is a true Washingtonian native. She grew up in the construction industry in Western Washington where she learned project management, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Emily Beyer (formerly Johnson) graduated with a B.S. Degree from Washington State University in Business Economics and then transitioned into sales. Emily’s experience in managing a large sales territory in the Pacific Northwest has taught her valuable skills in time management, pinpointing customer needs, developing strategies and plans to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution, along with developing key relationships with vendors all up and down the west coast. Emily came to Yates, Wood & MacDonald, Inc. in August 2018 and has enjoyed the challenge of transferring her skills and background into the condominium management industry.

Amy Gannon

Community Association Manager

Amy began her 27-year career as a licensed real estate agent and immediately leapt into property management as a project manager for a developer/builder for over 15 years, welcoming homeowners into their newly formed HOA. She was responsible for forming the Associations, drafting governing documents, rules, and regulations, as well as helping owners coordinate with vendors to choose the materials and colors for their new home and assisting them through the home building experience down to the final walk through and punch list. After leaving Eastern Washington and relocating to the Seattle area, she took that knowledge and begin her 12+ year career as a Community Association Manager, specializing in larger scale condominium buildings and homeowner associations. During this time she has managed and overseen multi-million dollar re-clad and beautification projects. Amy has been married for over 23 years and has four amazing children. Her oldest son is a registered nurse, younger son does HVAC installation, oldest daughter is the co-owner of a boxing gym, and her youngest girl is in her 3rd year of college studying chemical engineering at WSU and interning at the Navy nuclear lab. Amy enjoys spending free time with her two Golden Doodle puppies and senior Maltese that she adopted in the fall of 2022.

Stephanie Maxton

Stephanie Maxton, CMCA

Community Association Manager

Stephanie is from Washington and is PNW native. She has over 16 years’ experience in community association management. Stephanie’s portfolio has included large master planned communities, gated communities, condominiums, new construction large-scale communities, communities with commercial spaces, golf courses and townhomes. She has worked with declarants from start to finish of master planned communities. She has also worked on several construction defect and rehab projects. Prior to beginning her career in association management Stephanie was a restaurant manager. Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Martins Catholic College. To continue her education, she obtained her CMCA from CAI. Stephanie has sat on the board of her own HOA and city boards. In Stephanie’s free time she enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Nathan Andres

CMCA, AMS, Senior Community Association Manager

Nathan has been exclusively a Community Association Manager since January of 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a business degree. He also has had managerial experience in a prior industry since 2004 as a Production Manager, Plant manager and then finally a General Manager of a manufacturing facility in the fenestration business. Nathan’s experience has been with all types of Condominium and HOA communities from large buildings to large grounds including golf courses and developing helpful amenities like dog parks. He is experienced in dealing with large, deferred maintenance projects and with special assessments for those. He has two sons that are very active in basketball and baseball and served as a Little League umpire for years (retired). He enjoys skiing and golf in his personal time, along with watching sports.

Barry Fortier, CMCA, AMS

Barry is a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He has worked in large and small firms doing accounting, operations, property management, and project management. He has over 23 years’ experience in all aspects of residential real estate and is a licensed real estate broker. In his off time, he enjoys traveling, fishing and outdoor adventures with his wife.

Benisha Randle

Benisha is a Pacific Northwest native growing up in the Richmond Beach neighborhood in Shoreline where real estate first caught her eye. Her career began in June of 2014 in the North Sound, managing a large-scale property with over 100 units. Being a part of a family-owned construction business she has knowledge in the area of maintenance, remodel and project management. While holding her WA state real estate license along with over 8 years of experience Benisha has a wide variety of talents focusing much of her skills in the art of leasing. She has worked with several different property management companies as a building manager as well as a property manager. In the last 4 years she has been sought after for her successful lease up completions on new multi-million dollar multi-family buildings. Her position as Lease- up Coordinator has allowed her to help developers in the northwest meet goals to obtain TCO & CO reaching 100% occupied for transition from construction loans to long term take out loans. In her free-time she loves spending time with her family, fishing & traveling.

Glenn Walter

Glenn first became active in condominium and apartment property management in 1989. Holding his real estate broker’s license, he enjoys the challenge of providing a quality residential experience for tenants and maximizing return for owners. In his free time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family and the wonderful outdoors of the greater Seattle area.
